喷油嘴是汽车滑轨自动注油装置中的重要部件之一,其强度和刚度决定了注油的效果.建立了喷油嘴的模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件的分析功能对喷油嘴进行碰撞仿真分析,得出其应力应变分布图,并对其进行了变形分析及优化.对优化前后的参数和所得的结果进行比较可知,降低喷油嘴的移动速度可以减小喷油嘴的最大应力和喷油嘴碰撞后的塑性变形.%Fuel injection is one of the important components of automatic lubricating device for auto, whose strength and rigidity can decide the effect of oiling.It establishes a model of the fuel injection,and makes a colli-sion simulation analysis based on ANSYS Workbench software, illustrates the stress and strain distribution dia-gram, provides the reference for the deformation analysis and structure optimization.
