汽车座椅保持架滚珠自动装配系统设计

摘要

In order to increase the production efficient of seat retainer in automobile parts enterprise, it designs an automatic assembly system based on flexible assembly concept.It optimizes the flexible assembly institutions in SolidWorks platform, develops the automatic control system based on PLC, shows the detail about this control system.The equipment meets the requirement of flexible assemble, has the advantages of simple structure, con-venient operation, practicality etc.%为了提高汽车座椅保持架的生产效率,基于柔性装配理念设计了一台滚珠自动装配设备.首先利用SolidWorks软件优化保持架柔性装配机构,然后设计了以可编程逻辑控制器为控制核心的自动控制系统,并给出了汽车座椅保持架滚珠自动装配装置的完整设计方案.该设备符合柔性装配的发展要求,具有结构简单、操作方便和实用直观等特点.
