基于ANSYS的插床滑枕有限元模态分析

摘要

In order to improve the accuracy of slotting, it analyzes the structure of the ram which is the important part of the slotting machine.Based on 3D modeling software Pro/E, it establishes the solid model of the sliding pillow, and analyzes the modal characteristic of the ram with ANSYS software, obtains the natural frequencies and the mode shapes of the sliding pillow.It estimates the structure reliability of the ram, and points out the weak parts.%为提高插床的切削加工精度,对其重要零件滑枕的结构进行了分析.首先采用Pro/E软件建立了插床滑枕的三维模型,然后利用ANSYS软件对滑枕进行有限元模态分析,确定了滑枕的固有频率和振型,并对滑枕的结构进行了可靠性评估,指出其薄弱部位.
