汽车座椅滑轨自动注油装置控制系统的设计

摘要

为了解决汽车座椅滑轨注油过程中手动注油工作效率低、生产成本高等问题,提出了一种多工位自动注油装置的设计方案.设计中采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),构建了一个由PLC控制、上位机监控系统组建的典型工业控制系统.该设备符合柔性装配的发展要求,具有操作简单、节约成本、零件废品率低等特点.%In order to solve the low efficiency of manual assembly and high cost problems in the process of auto-matic oiling the car seat slide rail, it introduces a simple model and designs a new type of automatics oiling car seat slide rail.This control system consists of the program controller and computer control system, the controller is a PLC device.The equipment meets the requirement of flexible assemble, has the advantages of convenient operation, cost saving, scrap rate reducing etc.
