水平伸缩式高压隔离开关平衡弹簧的设计方法

摘要

The design of balance spring has a direct impact on the horizontal telescopic high -voltage disconnec-tors performance .Taking the 816 kV horizontal telescopic high -voltage disconnectors as the research object , it establishes the mathematical model of the theory of equilibrium spring stiffness curve , designs the actual balance spring.Results show that the mathematical model and simulation for the balance spring is reliable .%水平伸缩式高压隔离开关外置平衡弹簧的设计合理性将直接影响隔离开关的机械操作性能.以816 kV水平伸缩式高压直流隔离开关为研究对象,以平衡弹簧为分析对象建立数学模型,求解得出理论平衡弹簧刚度曲线,并设计了实际平衡弹簧.结果表明,提出的高压隔离开关平衡弹簧的设计流程是可行的.
