为了解除新兴的恒压供水控制器存在的可控水泵数量少及控制器价格与可控水泵数量比高的局限,利用TRIZ原理之组合理论——可以通过对先前已有功能进行组合,使其产生新的功能,在恒压供水控制器的输出电路上附加一个继电器控制电路,对原输出电路进行改进,实现了控制水泵数量的增加.改进后的电路有效地突破了恒压供水控制器使用的局限性,并成功地以低成本投入生产运行.%The emerging constant pressure water supply controller has limitations such as the small number of controllable pumps and the high ratio of controller price and number of controllable pumps.In order to relieve these limitations,it uses the combination of TRIZ principles to combine and produce a new function,proposes a relay control circuit to add in the output circuit of the constant pressure water supply controller,improves the original output circuit,and increases the number of pumps in the control system.The improved circuit effectively breaks through the limitations,and operates successfully at low cost.
