为研究某型号多座位电动汽车车架结构有限元模型的合理性,利用Premax-8018数据采集与分析系统对自主设计并制造的一款电动汽车车架进行数据采集;将采集到的数据导入Modal Genius中进行试验模态分析,得到车架前15阶固有频率;将试验模态分析结果与在Workbench中车架有限元模型的模态分析结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的合理性,可为多座位电动汽车车架结构优化改进提供理论和试验依据.%In order to study the rationality of the finite element model of the electric vehicle frame structure, it uses the data acquisition and analysis system Premax-8018 to collect the data of the multi-seat electric vehicle frame, imports the collected data into Genius Modal for modal analysis, and obtains the first fifteen orders natural frequencies of the frame.Comparing the experimental modal analysis results with the modal analysis results of the finite element model in the Workbench, it verifies the rationality of the finite element model, and provides theoretical and experimental basis for the optimization and improvement of the multi-seat electric vehicle frame structure.
