为解决现有搅拌车尾翼开裂故障,应用Hyperworks软件对尾翼进行有限元静力学和模态分析.分析结果显示:在转向工况和第4阶模态工况下,尾翼在开裂位置相对周围区域应力较大,与故障位置对应.针对故障分析结果,提出了改进方案,并对改进方案进行了有限元验证,结果表明:相对原方案,改进方案在故障位置应力有大幅度降低,达到了改进的目的.%In order to solve the crack of tail wing in the mixing truck, it applies Hyperworks software to analyze its static and modal character.The analysis shows that the stress value of fault point is relatively larger under the steering situation and the fourth modal frequency.According to the result of failure analysis, it puts forward schemes of improvement.The result shows that the stress of the prioritization scheme has a greatly reduce than the fault point.
