CAE技术及VV方法在机械结构刚度分析中的应用

CAE技术是机械设计领域中的重要技术,是缩短产品设计周期、提高产品创新能力的关键技术,CAE技术的应用是提高企业市场竞争力的重要手段.CAE分析结果可信度的研究是CAE领域中非常重要的课题.以某医疗器械结构设计中的刚度分析为例,利用验证与确认(V&V)方法探讨了CAE仿真技术在机械设计领域中的应用及存在的问题,对CAE计算得到的变形结果与实机测试的变形结果进行比较,总结分析了结果误差产生的原因,提出了改进的对策.%CAE is an important technical in mechanical design technology,has effective to shorten product design cycle and improve product innovation.CAE data credibility is a very important topic in the area of CAE.Taking the stiffness analysis in the design of medical device structure as an example,it applies Verify and Validation (V&V) method to discuss CAE simulation,compares the results of CAE's deformation with test results,analyzes the causes of the resulting error and puts forward the countermeasures.
