民用飞机飞行运行类技术出版物采标研究

摘要

飞行运行类手册是民机技术出版物体系的核心组成部分,直接影响飞机安全飞行和持续适航.采标工作是指主制造商确定手册有关工作所应遵循或参照的技术规范,其结果对飞行运行类手册后续的编写、更改、发布、交付等都有直接影响.为对飞行运行类手册采标工作提出合理建议,对目前国际上两大主流技术规范(S1000D和ATA2300)进行了介绍和比较,并对空客直升机公司项目进行了研究,指出ATA2300的优势和不足.在此基础上,结合新研项目和在研项目的不同特点,对飞行运行类采标工作给出了实施建议.%For civil aircraft OEMs,the selection of operational technical publication specification has direct influence on related work throughout these manuals lifecycle.It summaries and compares two mainstream specifications on operational manual,which are S1000D and ATA2300.From case study on Airbus Helicopter project,it describes the advantage and disadvantage of ATA2300 from application perspective.In the end,considering key differences between existing project and initial project,it proposes corresponding specification selection advice for OEMs.
