基于响应面法的剪叉式升降台结构优化

         

摘要

Based on response surface methodology,it describes the optimization of the structure of scissors lifts.Taking the maximum thrust of hydraulic cylinder and the maximum stress of the equipment as the objective function,it builds the parameterized mathematical model of multi-objective optimization,establishes the sample spaces in Latin hypercube experiment method,creates non-parametric regression response surface based on response values,obtains these sample points in ANSYS software and verifies the goodness of fit for the response surface though fitting index and Pareto optimal solution set.The objective function based on multi-objective genetic algorithm shows that the maximum thrust of hydraulic cylinder is decreased by 30.1% and the maximum stress of the equipment is decreased by 29.4%.This method of optimization gets rid of inefficiency and inherent limitations in the traditional design methods and provides an effective way to improve the working pressure of hydraulic system and the security capabilities of the equipment.%基于响应面法对剪叉式升降台进行结构优化,以液压缸最大推力和整体最大应力为目标函数,建立多目标优化的参数化数学模型.采用拉丁超立方试验构造样本空间,通过ANSYS软件对各样本点进行有限元计算,基于获取的有限元响应值建立非参数回归响应面,并通过响应面评价指标验证该响应面的拟合质量,基于多目标遗传算法对多目标函数进行优化,得到Pareto最优解,使液压缸最大推力降低30.1%,整体最大应力降低29.4%.该方法摆脱了传统设计方法的低效性与局限性,为优化剪叉式升降台的结构,改善液压系统的工作压力并提高设备的安全性能提供了一条有效途径.
