Aiming at the technical requirements of the rotary automatic detection equipment,it proposes the structure scheme of a turntable direct driven by the servomotor and designs the planetary reducer.It shows detail about the design procedure and the calculating results,realizes the position accuracy of the tumtable " 14'.The results of computer simulation and experiment show that the structure of the turntable is compact,high positioning accuracy and has a high value of practical application.%基于多工位自动检测设备高精度、高效率的工作特点,提出一种新型转台结构方案.详细论述了伺服电机加减速机直接驱动转盘的结构方案,给出设计及计算过程,计算结果表明转台定位精度为1'.对转盘的模态进行仿真计算,仿真及样机试验结果表明,转台结构紧凑,定位准确,具有实际应用价值.
