精益数字化机械加工管理系统研究与实现

摘要

某航空制造企业是多品种、小批量的生产模式,产品零件多达数千种,加工设备众多,工艺流程复杂,造成现场管理难度大,质量追溯困难.为此在分析当前机械制造车间现场管理中存在问题的基础上,提出了系统总体设计目标和架构,构建出以“精益生产、智能制造”为特点的车间管理系统,并以此建立数字化车间,对制造执行过程中的关键问题进行了研究和系统实现.%Taking one aviation manufacturing enterprise as an example,which belongs to the mode of multi-varieties and small-batch production,as many as thousands of products,many processing equipment and complex process flow,the paper analyzes the field management and quality control,discusses the problems existing in machining management,proposes the target and structure of digital machining management system,establishes construction of workshop management information system based on lean production and intelligent manufacturing,builds the digital workshop and develops the digital machining management system.
