It analyzes the hydraulic system of ZL50G wheel loader,optimazes the hydraulic system for large pressure loss under non steering condition,It builds the overall model of the optimized hydraulic system and simulates in AMESim software.The results show that the improved hydraulic system is reasonable.%对ZLSOG轮式装载机液压系统进行了分析研究,针对在非转向时压力损失较大的问题,对其液压系统进行了优化,运用AMESim仿真软件对优化后的装载机液压系统进行总体建模并仿真.仿真结果表明,优化后的ZL50G轮式装载机液压系统合理可用.
