离子探针铟靶制备设备的开发与研制

摘要

针对变质锆石增生边的离子探针地质年代学测试问题,设计研制了一种离子探针铟靶压平仪.该设备可以使锆石不经过抛磨就能直接平整地固定于铟靶中,从而将离子探针的分辨率从横向上大于5μm提高到纵向上1μm,解决变质锆石狭窄增生边的分析难题.%Aiming at the precise dating of the metamorphic rims of zircon from metamorphic rocks,it designs a mechanical press equipment to produce indium mount.Using this equipment,it realizes to fix the zircon grains on the surface of the indium mount without polishment and promote the lateral resolution of > 5 ym to the vertical resolution of l ym.The application of this method may solve the problem of analyzing narrow rims of metamorphic zircon.
