一种小包香烟在线存储器设备设计

摘要

Aiming at the cigarette blocking and lacking during the process of the replacing materials for cigarette production, it designs an online memory device for cigarette package.It illustrates the equipment characteristics and technical specifications, determines the overall structure of the equipment, shows the detail about the working process of equipment loading and unloading.The application of the cigarette package shows that the system improves automation degree of the production line and the working efficiency, reduces the consumption and the labor intensity of operation.%针对目前卷烟生产过程中更换材料时产生堵烟、缺烟等问题,设计了一种烟包在线缓存设备.首先说明设备特点及技术规格,其次确定设备总体结构与外形尺寸,再次介绍设备装卸烟工作流程.通过对烟包的存放,提高了生产线的自动化程度,最终实现降低停机率、提高工作效率、降低消耗、减轻操作劳动强度的目的.
