粉煤灰等级和掺量对摩擦材料硬度及抗冲击强度的影响研究

摘要

It introduces the experiment of friction materials filled with fly ash filled in different content and grade of fly ash,analyzes the influence of the friction material on the hardness and impact strength of the friction material,observs the crystal phase structure.The result shows that at different levels of the same grade,the hardness of the friction material increases with the increase of the content.The hardness reaches the maximum value at 50％,the effect of content on impact strength is greater,the impact strength of the friction material decreases with the increasing of the content of the friction materials.%对粉煤灰填充树脂基摩擦材料进行了硬度和抗冲击强度实验,分析了不同等级、不同掺量的粉煤灰对摩擦材料硬度及冲击强度的影响,观察了其晶相组织,结果表明:在同等级不同掺量情况下,摩擦材料的硬度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而增加,在粉煤灰掺量为50％时摩擦材料的硬度达到极大值;摩擦材料的抗冲击强度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而下降.
