基于单目视觉的圆形物体直径测量方法

摘要

In order to measure the diameter of objects,it is unnecessary to take in complex imaging model.Based on the idea of first measurement then modeling,it presents the measuring process.The process includes:to measure a series of diameters of standard object,and take the diameter of CCD image for the measured object based on the measurement platform,establishes the one-to-one relationship between standard object and measured object.Using the curve fitting method based on these data,this method can obtain the diameter of object within a certain range.It compares the data measured with caliper,and verifies the feasibility of this method and analyzes the causes of measurement error.%为了测量圆形物体的直径,无需考虑复杂的成像模型,基于一种先测量后建模的思想,首先测出一系列标准物体的直径,接着依次将这些物体放到测量平台上,通过图像处理的方法依次获取这些物体在CCD相机中的直径,建立一一对应的关系.根据这些数据,利用曲线拟合的方法建立实验模型.最后根据实验模型,在一定范围内测量其他未知直径的物体,并与人工用游标卡尺测量这些物体的直径进行比较,验证了该方法的可行性并分析了尺寸测量误差产生的原因.
