汽车尾气余热温差发电装置设计

         

摘要

In order to improve the thermal efficiency and fuel economy of automobile engine , make full use of the waste heat of automobile exhaust for energy saving and emission reduction , it designs a flat -plate type of ther-moelectric power generation(TEG) device.It introduce the basic principle of the TEG , chooses the suitable TEG sheet according to the operating characteristics of general gasoline engine .Then it establishes the device model of exhaust waste heat TEG in CATIA 3 D software , describes the install method and quantity of TEG sheet , develops the suitable circuit for the system , analyzes the basic application of the device .Based on the data analysis and calculation , it illustrates the cost and feasibility of the TEG device .The calculation results show that the fuel sav-ing ratio of the system is 0.03L/h and the device can recover the cost in 4 years, the TEG device has certain fea-sibility and extensive application prospect .%为提高汽车发动机热效率和燃油经济性,充分利用汽车尾气余热,达到节能减排的效果,设计了一款平板式汽车尾气余热温差发电装置。首先介绍了温差发电基本原理,针对一般汽油机工作特性选择合适的温差发电片。其次运用CATIA三维软件建立尾气余热温差发电装置模型,通过选择温差发电片的安装方式和数量,为系统设计合适的电路,同时对装置的基本应用进行了简单分析。最后根据试验数据分析和计算,确定了该平板式汽车尾气余热温差发电装置的成本和可行性。计算结果表明:该系统的节油量为0.03L/h,若回收成本,需花4a左右时间。
