MBD模型质量检测系统研发与应用研究

摘要

MBD技术是复杂航空产品研制的重要手段之一.根据企业制定的MBD规范,通过梳理模型质量检测内容和制定检测规则,构建了基于组件的MBD模型质量检测框架;通过检测器、检测项及检测参数等设定检测标准,实现对MBD模型几何尺寸、属性、标注以及状态等的规范符合性检测,快速定位错误对象和输出错误信息,提升MBD模型检测效率,提高MBD模型设计质量,减少设计过程中的反复.%MBD technology is an important method for the development of aviation products.Based on MBD spec-ifications of the company,it arranges the content of the model quality check and check rules,establishes the standard conformity inspection of geometry such as attributes,annotation,and status of MBD models,realizes the dynamic configuration of detection standards about detectors,detection items and detection parameters.This checker helps to locate the error objects and output error information quickly,improves the efficiency of MBD model detection and the quality of MBD model design,and reduces the repetition in the design process.
