粉末颗粒物料称量分装系统设计

摘要

为提高粉末颗粒物料自动称量精度和安全性,设计了一套采用减重称量法进行称量、分装的设备,阐述了该设备机械结构的组成和控制系统的设计过程.控制系统使用西门子PLC、PRO-FIBUS-DP现场总线、触摸屏,通过远程操作实现了料箱传送、物料称量和装箱、成品存放等功能.%It presents the mechanical structure and the design of an automatic control system for a powder material weighing/dispensing equipment.This equipment,which weighs the powder by difference,is designed to improve the accuracy and safety of powder material processing.The control system,consisting of a Siemens PLC,a PROFIBUS-DP field bus and a touch screen,remotely obtains the functionality of delivering material boxes,weighing and packing powder material and storing the product,etc.
