为了提高涂料配料控制系统的自动化程度、生产过程中的产品质量和配料控制精度,缩短产品生产周期,以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为主结合质量流量计设计了一套自动配料控制系统.系统采用串行通讯协议构建上位界面和下位PLC控制的结构,完成系统的软、硬件和人机界面(HMI)的设计.由PLC实现配色过程的模糊控制以及涂料配料工艺中各板块的控制.利用触摸屏进行配料工艺过程监控、配方输入、存储、数据查询和记录等功能.实际运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,提高了涂料产品质量,减小了色度误差;交货周期由原来的一周缩短为3d,从而解决了涂料生产过程中生产效率低下、产品质量稳定性差的问题.%In order to improve the degree of automation of coating ingredients control system,product quality and ingredient control precision in the production process and shorten product production cycle,it combines with mass flow meter and designs an automatic batching control system based on programmable logic controller (PLC).The system adopts the serial communication protocol to construct the upper level interface and the lower level PLC control structure in the software,hardware and human-machine interface (HMI),and achieves the fuzzy control of color matching process and paint ingredients in the control of the various sections.Based on the touch screen ingredients process monitoring,the system realizes the recipe input,storage,data query and record functions.The actual operating results show that the system is stable,can improve the quality of paint products,reduce the chromatic error,and increase the production efficiency.
