This paper analyzes the base structure of lens-edger for static and dynamic states, based on dynamic design principle and variable analysis by finite element method (FEM) with ANSYS software and makes a study of the influence of base structure on the static and dynamic performance. Experiments show that factors of base rib have great influence on low modal frequency. This method provides basis for the base design of lens edger.%运用结构动态设计原理和基于有限元法的变量化分析技术对镜片磨边机底座进行了动、静态分析,研究了底座两种结构型式对其静、动态性能的影响.结果表明,底座的筋板结构等因素对其低阶模态频率影响很大,给出了底座的优选结构型式,为磨边机设计提供了依据.
