ProCAST在金属型重力铸造模具温度场和应力场分析中的应用

摘要

In order to improve the life of mould, this paper analyzes the temperature and stress field of mould in metal mould gravity casting with FEM software ProCAST and makes a study of the influences of poudng temperature, mould preheat temperature on mould stress field.The result shows that reducing the pouring and preheat temperature can prolong the life of mould.%为了提高模具的寿命,以金属型重力铸造模具为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件ProCAST对浇注过程中模具的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟;以此为基础,研究了浇注温度、模具初始预热温度对模具应力场的影响.结果表明降低浇注温度和模具预热温度可以延长模具寿命.
