圆盘式机油冷却器装配机械手的设计

This paper introduces the design scheme of manipulator on automatic assembly line of disc oil cooler and the characteristics of the different schemes. Based on installation space, structure and stressed angle, a rational scheme is confirmed, which will improve labor intensity and increase productivity.%介绍了自行研制的用于机油冷却器自动装配机械手的设计,论述了不同机械手的手部特点,并根据机油冷却器中散热片的结构特点,选择了相应的机械手手部.最后从安装空间、结构和受力角度综合考虑后确定了合理的设计方案.并提出了机械手维护的方法,方案正在实施中,它将有效地改善工人的劳动强度,提高劳动生产率.
