枪机簧线性假设的适用性分析

         

摘要

自动武器枪机簧在设计和相关计算中通常会使用线性形变假设,而实际的工作过程中却并非是完全的线性形变.用数学方法证明了线性形变假设与实际情况的不同,得出了两种极限条件下枪机簧的形变方式.利用仿真软件ABAQUS建立某冲锋枪枪机簧和开闭锁构件的简化模型,比较了线性形变假设与实际仿真结果的契合度,分析了不同情况下自动武器中线性形变假设的适用性,为后续的枪机簧研究设计提供了一定的科学依据.%Linear deformation hypothesis is often used in automatic weapon bolt spring design and related calculation, but it is not completely true in practical work process. To prove the difference between linear deformation hypothesis and the actual situation,this paper obtains bolt spring deformation patterns in two extreme conditions. It also uses ABAQUS software to establish the simplified model of the submachine gun bolt spring and open closure component, compares the linear deformation hypothesis with the simulation results and analyzes the automatic weapons linear deformation hypothesis applicability in different circumstances. It provides some scientific basis for the following research.
