多级油在发动机主油道中的压力预测模型

         

摘要

本文对发动机使用多级油过程中主油道压力的影响因素进行了探索,发现发动机三个摩擦副形成的流动阻力构成了主油道的油压值,并建立了相应的数学模型,成功地预测了油品剪切或温升使粘度变稀以及发动机磨损状况的影响,解释了锦西和黄岩案例的原因;提出筛选粘度指数改进剂要经过柴油喷嘴和长时间FZG测试的建议。%Factors influencing the pressure of multi-grade oil in oil main pipe in engines have been investigated, a corresponding mathematical model which assumes that flow resistant in the three friction pairs of engines made contribution to pressure decline in oil main pipe, has been putforward. Predication from the model fits well with the effects of wear situation of friction pairs and the viscosity decrease due to mechanical shear andhigh temperature, and the cases happening in Jinxi and Huangyan. Finally, selection methods of viscosity index improver through diesel jet nozzleand long time FZG experiments has been suggested.
