无油螺杆空压机润滑油含水的成因分析及改进

摘要

The reason was analyzed for oil containing water of oil-free rotary screw air compressor in running. The air source structure of oil respirator was improved, and a set of manual condensing water discharging pipe was added. The resuits show that, after improving, the problem of oil containing water, was solved, the running reliability and stability of oilfree rotary screw compressors was raised.%分析无油螺杆空压机在运行过程中出现的油中含水的因为,对油呼吸器取气结构进行改进,增加一路手动凝结水排放管路.结果表明,改进后消除了油中含水的隐患,提高了无油螺杆空压机运行的可靠性和稳定性.
