酯类油对PAO基础油黏温性能的影响

             

摘要

为提高PAO(聚α-烯烃)对极性添加剂的感受性,改善PAO对橡胶密封件的相容性,通常在PAO基础油中加入少量的酯类油.研究PAO 2c与少量酯类油(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和癸二酸二异辛酯(DIOS))的混合油样的高低温黏度变化规律.结果表明,高温条件下,PAO 2c与酯类混合油样稳定,没有出现相分离;低温条件下,DBP与PAO 2c混合油样出现分层现象,为确保混合基础油的低温性能,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的质量分数宜分别控制在20%以内.这对调制低温性能优良、橡胶相容性好的润滑油有指导意义.%In order to improve the sensitivity of PAO( poly- α-olefin) to polar additives and obtain better compatibility with elastomer,a small amount of ester was blended in PAO. The viscosity-temperature performance of PAO 2c base oil mixed with a small amount of ester (dibutyl phthalate( D6P) and di-iso-octyl sebacate (DIOS)) was studied. The results show that the PAO 2c base oil mixed with ester is stable at the high temperature. While the PAO 2c base oil mixed with DBP is stratified at the low temperature. To ensure that the stable low-temperature performance of the mixed base oils, the mass percent concentration of DBP should be controlled at below 20%. This study has a guidance effect on producing lubricating oil with a perfect low-temperature performance and elastomer compatibility.
