台阶齿蜂窝衬套封严结构风阻特性的研究

             

摘要

Numerical investigation of windage heating and leakage characteristic on step labyrinth seals with honeycomb bush was made to study the effect of rotation speed,the pressure ratio of inlet and outlet,throttle clearance and structure of honeycomb bush. The results show that the total temperature of leakage fluid caused by windage heating is increased with the increase of the rotation speed and the size of honeycomb cell and decreased with the increase of the pressure ratio and the throttle clearance. The windage heating is almost unchanged with the depth of honeycomb bush.%对台阶齿-蜂窝衬套篦齿封严结构的泄漏特性和风阻特性进行数值模拟,得到流体的泄漏特性和风阻特性随转速、压比、节流间隙和蜂窝结构参数的变化规律.结果表明:泄漏流体风阻生热总温升随转速和蜂窝单元直径的增大而增大,随压比和节流间隙的增大而减小;蜂窝深度对风阻生热影响不大,基本可以忽略.
