一种法兰结构中O型密封圈漏率检测装置

摘要

设计搭建 O 型橡胶密封圈漏率检测装置，该装置能够灵活控制待考核密封圈压差和工作温度，模拟爆炸容器中密封圈工作状态。装置由密封法兰、测量系统、加温加压系统及检漏系统组成，使用氦质谱检漏仪测量漏率。实验结果表明装置设计合理，符合实验要求。%An equipment for leakage rate testing of O-ring was designed.The equipment could control the pressure and temperature of O-ring under testing,and simulate the environment in the explosion vessel.The equipment was composed of flange,measurement system,heating and adding pressure system,leak hunting system,it measured the leakage rate by a helium leak detector.The equipment was used in test experiments,and the result accorded with the requirement.
