首钢1850 mm 冷轧机组轧制油的应用研究

摘要

By taking the 5-stand tandem cold rolling mill in Shougang Cold Rolling Plant as a case,the cold rolling oils of different formulation in use were summarized,which were chosen separately according to the technological condition of e-quipment and product requirements in three stages of commissioning,trial production and stable production period.The problems existed in the technological lubrication and cooling process of different production stages were analyzed.It is pointed out that the cold rolling oils must be chosen based on the requirement of cold rolling mill in different production stages in order to give full play to the rolling oil cooling and lubricating effect.%以首钢五机架冷连轧机组为例，分别按照调试期、试生产期和稳定生产期3个阶段的设备工艺条件和产品要求，对使用的不同配方的冷轧轧制油进行总结，同时对不同阶段工艺润滑与工艺冷却过程中出现的问题进行分析，指出轧制油要根据冷连轧机不同生产阶段的要求进行选择，才能充分发挥轧制油工艺冷却与润滑的作用。
