车辆发动机缸套-活塞环磨损失效分析

             

摘要

为实现对车辆发动机缸套-活塞环摩擦副磨损失效的全面分析和仿真计算,采用扫描电子显微镜观察大修发动机缸套-活塞环试样表面形貌,分析其磨损失效特征。依据发动机保险期实验及大修部件磨损失效检测数据,分析缸套-活塞环组件各磨损参数,采用 Pearson 相关分析方法,对缸套-活塞环组件各磨损参数与发动机功率、比油耗及其相互之间关系进行相关性分析和比较。结果表明:缸套磨损量与发动机功率变化量、比油耗变化量的相关程度高,且同其他磨损参数间的相关系数总值最大,确定缸套磨损量为缸套-活塞环组件磨损的特征参数。%In order to realize the comprehensive analysis and simulation calculation of the wear-out-failure of vehicle en-gine cylinder-piston ring friction pair,the surface morphology of capital repair engine cylinder-piston rings specimen was observed by the scanning electron microscopy,and the wear-out-failure characteristic was determined.Based on the data from the engine insurance period test and wear-out-failure parts detection,the wear parameters of cylinder-piston ring com-ponents were analyzed.The pertinence between the cylinder-piston ring wear parameters,the engine power and fuel con-sumption was analyzed and compared by using the method of Pearson correlation analysis.The results show that the cylin-der wear extent has higher degree of correlation with the engine power change and fuel consumption change,and the degree of correlation between the cylinder wear extent and other wear parameters is the highest,which determines the cylinder wear extent to be the character parameter that can reflect the wear degree of the cylinder-piston ring components.
