表面粗糙度对水压元件O形圈静密封性能的影响

         

摘要

水压传动技术具有环境安全和维护成本低等优点,然而水的低黏度对水压元件的密封设计提出了更高的要求。利用ANSYS和FLUENT分析被密封件表面粗糙度对水压元件O形圈密封特性的影响;尝试从微流场角度提出新的计算思路和方法,计算得到水压元件O形圈可靠密封的最小接触宽度。结果表明,水压元件粗糙度对O形圈密封性能的影响比压力要大得多,但在加工精度提高到一定程度时,继续减小粗糙度对密封性能的影响不大。借鉴现有油压密封的研究结果,验证了提出的计算方法和计算结果的正确与合理性。%Water hydraulics have the advantages of environment-safety and low maintenance cost,but it puts forward the higher requirement for the seal design of water hydraulic components because of the low viscosity of water. The effect of water hydraulic component surface roughness on the sealing performance of O-ring was analyzed by using ANSYS and FLU-ENT software. A new kind of calculation way was presented in trial from the perspective of micro flow field to calculate the minimum seal contact width of water hydraulic component O-ring. The results show that the influence of water hydraulic component surface roughness on the sealing performance of O-ring is much greater than that of pressure,but to a certain degree at improving precision of machining,continuously reducing of roughness has little influence on the sealing perform-ance. The correctness and rationality of this calculation way and result are verified with the existing research results of oil hydraulic seal as reference.
