某型单作用液压缸动密封外泄漏故障分析与排除

摘要

Aimed at the problem of external leakage of dynamic seal ring of the single-acting hydraulic cylinder,the factors influenced status of sealing of this external seal ring were analyzed,such as external radius of lock head and its exterior surface polishing,related dimension of end sealing slot and its surface polishing,and model of O-rings and etc.The causes of failure were positioned with using the methods of elimination,element replacement and the principle analysis,which were unreasonable selection of the models of O-rings.Corresponding improving measures are taken,and the failures are removed.%针对某型单作用液压缸端盖O形密封圈存在的泄漏问题,分析影响该端盖O形密封圈密封状况的因素,如锁头外径及其外表面光洁度、端盖内密封沟槽相关尺寸及其表面光洁度、O形密封圈型号,采用排除法、元件替换法及原理分析法,确定其故障原因为O形密封圈型号选择不合理,并采取了相应的改造措施,最终排除了该故障.
