The effect of Gamma ray radiation on the kinematic viscosity,pour point,acid value and other physical and chemical indicators of hydraulic oil were researched under the dose rate of 2 kGy/h and different radiation doses. The re-sults show that the impact of the radiation dose on the kinematic viscosity of the hydraulic oil is relatively small and the ki-nematic viscosity is increased slightly with the increasing of radiation dose. The pour point is reduced with the increasing of radiation dose,which makes the low temperature fluidity of hydraulic oil better. The acid value of the hydraulic oil is greatly affected by the radiation does,and the acid value is increased significantly with the increasing of radiation dose. With the increasing of radiation,the chromaticity is increased,the color is deepened,and the light transmittance is deteri-orated.%研究在γ射线辐射剂量率为2 kGy/h,不同辐照剂量下对液压油运动黏度、倾点、酸值等理化指标的影响。结果表明:辐照剂量对液压油的运动黏度影响比较小,随着辐照剂量的增加,液压油的运动黏度小幅增加;随着辐照剂量的增加液压油的倾点降低,即辐照使得液压油的低温流动性变得更好;辐照剂量对液压油的酸值影响较大,随着辐照剂量的增加液压油的酸值大幅增加;随着辐照剂量的增加,液压油的色度增大,透光率变差。
