稀油润滑工业齿轮箱油量计算方法

摘要

This paper based on thermal balance concept describes a calculation method of oil amount for thin oil lubrica⁃ting industry gearbox.This paper introduces several thin oil lubricating modes normally used in industry gearbox,and de⁃scribes the calculation method of oil amount for each mode.Especially,for the gearbox adopted the forced lubricating mode, thermal power loss and working experiences in factory are both considered by the calculation method,so the result of the calculation becomes more exact and believable.%基于热平衡思想，提出一种工业齿轮箱稀油润滑的油量计算方法。介绍工业齿轮箱常见的几种稀油润滑方式，并给出各润滑方式油量的计算方法。对于采取强制润滑的齿轮箱，除了计算热功率损失之外，还引入了工厂多年总结的经验公式，从而使得计算结果更为准确和可信。
