沟槽型织构表面对界面摩擦学行为的作用机制

     

摘要

在球-盘接触状态下,研究具有不同宽度的沟槽型织构表面对界面摩擦学特性的影响,并揭示沟槽型织构表面对界面摩擦学行为的作用机制.试验结果表明:沟槽型织构表面显著地改变界面的摩擦学行为,特定尺寸参数的沟槽型织构表面能有效改善界面的摩擦磨损特性;沟槽的存在改变摩擦界面的接触状态,从而引起界面的法向位移和法向力信号产生突变;具有合理尺寸参数的沟槽型织构表面,能充分捕获界面的磨屑,避免对摩试样之间产生强烈的撞击作用,从而有效地改善界面摩擦学行为.%The relationship between the groove-textured surface and the tribological characteristics was systematically investigated by using a ball-on-disc test system.The effect mechanism of groove-textured surface on the interface tribological behaviors was revealed.Experimental results show that the groove-textured surface can significantly modify the tribological behaviors of the contact interface,the groove-textured surface with specific size parameters exhibits a good potential in improving the friction and wear properties.The grooves modify the contact states of the contact interface,which consequently cause the variation of both the normal displacement and normal force signals.The groove-textured surface with reasonable parameters can trap the wear debris of the contact interface,and avoid strong collision behavior between the friction samples,which accordingly improves the tribological behaviors of the contact interface.
