Through the engineering experimental method,the performance of large load capacity air foil bearing was investigated.Through the construction of inverted dynamic pressure bearing experimental system,the take-off characteristics,bearing ability,coating effect,bearing clearance and start stop life of the designed dynamic pressure bearing used for 132kW wind turbine were experimentally investigated.A method was proposed to determine the take-off speed of air foil bearing by using dynamics method,which could determine for the take-off speed more accurately.The engineering experimental results for the practical manufactured bearing show that the bearings can take off at about 5000 r/min,and its load capacity is greater than 154 N.The coating posses good friction reducing and anti-wear effect,which can satisfy the 10 000 times of start stop requirements.The actual performance of the bearing is the best when the gap is about 0.3 mm.%通过工程实验的方法,研究大承载波箔型空气动压轴承的性能.通过构建倒置式的动压轴承实验系统,对设计的用于132 kW风机的动压轴承进行起飞特性、承载能力、涂层效果、轴承间隙、启停寿命等工程实验研究.提出一种采用动力学方法来确定空气动压轴承起飞转速的方法,使起飞转速的判断更准确.对实际制造的轴承的工程实验表明,该轴承能在5000 r/min左右起飞,承载能力大于154 N;涂层的减磨耐磨效果良好,能满足10000次的启停要求;轴承的实际使用性能在间隙在0.3 mm左右时最佳.
