活塞式气泵新型耐磨材料研究

         

摘要

Aimed at problems that the metal material used in traditional piston pneumatic pumps has poor wear-resisting properties and is easy to produce the phenomenon of cold-welding,the feasibility was studied by using the zirconia ceramics and the 304 stainless steel as the material of piston pneumatic pumps.ANSYS was used to simulate the changes of contact stress between the piston ring and the pump material of zirconia ceramics and 304 stainless steel.The friction and wear properties of zirconia ceramic and 304 stainless steel materials against piston ring were studied experimentally.The results show that using zirconia ceramic and 304 stainless steel as pump materials,the stress of piston and cylinder is not obviously increased.Zirconium oxide ceramic has excellent properties,and it will not be damaged and deformed as pump material.The antiwear properties of zirconium oxide ceramic is obviously better than that of 304 stainless steel,and it has the characteristics of self-lubrication and can reduce friction and wear.An experimental prototype was produced and verified by using zirconia ceramic as pump material.The results show that it is feasible using zirconia ceramic as pump material in engineering.%针对传统活塞式气泵采用的金属材料耐磨性差、易产生冷焊现象等问题,研究氧化锆陶瓷和304不锈钢作为活塞式气泵材料的可行性.利用ANSYS模拟氧化锆陶瓷和304不锈钢材料作为泵体材料与活塞环接触应力的变化,通过实验研究氧化锆陶瓷和304不锈钢材料与活塞环对摩时的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:采用307不锈钢和氧化锆陶瓷作为气泵泵体材料,活塞环与套筒的应力并不会显著增加;氧化锆陶瓷性能优异,作为泵体材料不会出现破坏以及变形等;氧化锆陶瓷的抗磨性能明显好于不锈钢,同时其具有自润滑的特点,可减少摩擦磨损.以陶瓷为气泵泵体材料,加工制作实验样机并进行验证.结果表明,采用氧化锆陶瓷作为气泵泵体材料在工程上是可行的.
