表面织构布置方式对高分子材料摩擦磨损的影响

         

摘要

摩擦副动环使用316不锈钢材料,静环分别选用赛龙SXL、研理PREM和研理UNIV3种高分子材料,通过摩擦磨损试验评估水润滑条件下凹坑表面织构布置方式对3种摩擦副的摩擦因数和磨损量等参数的影响规律,筛选合适的织构布置方式及摩擦副的高分子材料.试验结果表明,当硬材料与软材料作为一对摩擦副时,织构应布置在软材料试样上,这样有利于防止软材料变形后的凸峰嵌入到硬材料的织构凹坑中,可减小摩擦与磨损,改善摩擦副的润滑状况;此外,当表面织构布置在软材料试样上时,摩擦因数也最小;研究的3种高分子材料中,研理UNIV具有较好的摩擦学性能.%316 stainless steel was chosen as the material of the rotary ring of the test friction pair,and three kinds of polymer materials such as Thordon SXL,Yanli PREM and Yanli UNIV as the materials of the static rings of the pair respectively.The influence of pit surface texturing arrangement form on the friction coefficient and wear mass loss of three kinds of friction pair materials under water lubrication was evaluated with friction-wear tests in order to select the suitable texture layout and polymer materials of the pairs.The test results show that when both hard material and soft material are used as the friction pairs,the texture should be arranged on the soft material so as to prevent the convexity of the soft material from being embedded into the texture of the hard material,reduce the friction and wear of the friction pairs and improve the lubrication conditions.When the surface texture is arranged on the soft material sample,the friction coefficient is also the smallest under water lubrication.Yanli UNIV has the best tribological properties among the three kinds of polymers studied.
