高副接触润滑油膜摩擦力测量系统

         

摘要

设计制造高副接触润滑油膜摩擦力测量系统.介绍该测量装置的结构组成和测试原理,选取2种PAO润滑油对纯滑动条件下的摩擦力进行实时测量,分别得到升速和降速过程中摩擦因数的变化曲线.依据摩擦因数曲线的变化趋势可界定出接触副润滑状态,表明该测量装置可用于评定润滑油的成膜特性和流变特性及摩擦副的表面特性,并为验证和改进已有润滑模型提供实验支持.%A new test rig was developed to measure the friction/traction of lubricating films in non-conformal contacts.The construction of the apparatus and test scheme were introduced.Employing two PAO lubricants,friction data were acquired in real-time under simple sliding conditions.The variations of friction coefficient with speeding up and down were observed.By analyzing the friction coefficient curves,lubrication regimes can be recognized,suggesting this device can be used to assess the lubrication mechanism and the properties of lubricant and rubbing surfaces.Moreover,the measurements may be beneficial to confirm and improve the lubrication models.
