回弹法检测预拌砂浆抗压强度的应用研究

摘要

论文以粉煤灰砖砌体作为研究对象,分析砌体中预拌砂浆回弹值与其试块强度之间的关系,并利用试验得出的数据进行线性拟合和非线性拟合,得到新的拟合曲线、拟合公式及相关系数.通过理论分析和比较可知,新公式比国家规范中给出的公式更加适合青岛本地区的情况,且新公式推定的砂浆强度理论值与试块实测值之间的相对误差与国家公式推定值与试块实测值的相对误差相比,有大幅度的降低.该曲线的建立使砂浆回弹法用于青岛地区现场检测时更加迅速、准确.%This paper took fly ash brick masonry as a research object,analyzed the relationship between rebound values of masonry mortar with its strength of mortar.The new fitting curve,fitting formula and correlation coefficient were obtained by linear fitting and nonlinear fitting.Through theoretical analysis and comparison,the new formula is more appropriate to the circumstances of Qingdao than the national specification formula,and relative error between mortar strength theory and measured values the test block of new formula is greatly reduced compared with the relative error of national specification.The establishment of the curve makes the mortar rebound method for field testing more accurate and fast in Qingdao.
