It compares the optimal decisions reached when the production capacity is sufficiently large and when it is not and finds that capacity limitation affects not only the profit margins of the supply chain agents but also their choices of the supply chain organizational mode. Meanwhile, using two-part tariff contract, it coordinates the supply chain operation when the production capacity is insufficient and demonstrates that the profit margin of the manufacturer can be increased on the basis of the existing production capacity.
