摘要

为了解决农产品冷链质量安全监管和控制中存在的问题,对国外学者从不同角度对农产品冷链质量安全做的大量研究的学术成果在阅读分析探讨的基础上进行归纳总结,为今后的研究提供方向和重点.%To solve the problems afflicting the farm produce cold chain quality and safety supervision and management, the paper studies copiously researches of different perspective done by foreign scholars on this subject, analyzes their findings and comments on their achievements.
