国际贸易商务协同业务交互体系研究

摘要

以国际贸易商务协同与交互理论为基础,根据国际贸易商务协同业务交互的主要功能、交互流程以及交互内容,构建国际贸易商务协同业务交互体系,实现贸易企业、生产企业、物流企业三类交互主体的资源和信息的共享,最终达到协同目标,使得三大主体企业之间的利益最大化.%On the basis of international business collaboration and interaction theories and in view of the main functions, processes and content of international business collaboration and interaction, the paper formuates an international business collaboration and interaction system to realize the sharing of resources and information among the three major bodies of interaction, namely trade enterprises, manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises and to, as the ultimate goal of collaboration, maximize the combined benefits of the three.
