The paper establishes a system dynamic model for supply chains which consist of manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and customers. Using vensim simulation, it analyzes the factors that affect the bullwhip effect and demonstrates the effect of VMI in bullwhip effect mitigation.%建立了一个包括制造商、分销商、批发商、零售商和顾客在内的三阶供应链系统动力学模型.通过vensim软件进行模拟,分析影响牛鞭效应大小的因素,并论证了VMI对牛鞭效应的削弱作用.
