基于系统动力学的零售店库存优化研究

         

摘要

运用系统动力学方法研究零售店库存优化问题,结合具体案例,利用系统动力学软件(Vensim)构建零售店配送与库存系统的因果回路图和系统流图并对其进行分析,目的使模型研究更加符合现实系统.通过对零售店配送与库存系统的模拟仿真分析可知,基于系统动力学的方法能够较好地解决零售店配送物流系统中有关库存的问题.因此零售店可以利用此模型实现零库存管理,配送中心可以通过加强与上下游的信息共享从而降低物资与信息延迟,从而优化整个零售店配送物流与库存系统的运作并提高系统的整体竞争力.%This paper studies retail inventory optimization using system dynamics theories and methods.It uses the software Vensim to construct and analyze the causal loop disgram and system flowchart of the retail inventory and distribution system in a case study.Through simulation and analysis,it is found that the system dynamincs based method can be used aptly to solve inventory related problems in retail distribution systems.As a result,retailers can use this model for zero inventory management while distribution centers can use it to enhance information sharing with up- and downstream partners to reduce material and information lag, the result of which is the optimized operation of the retail inventory and distribution system and the improved overall competitiveness of the system.
