企业并购整合中的物流共同化策略研究

摘要

借鉴企业联盟中物流整合与物流共同化的理论,提出了企业并购整合中物流整合的过程模型,并分析了企业并购整合中物流共同化的主要内容、常见形式、主要策略,研究了企业并购整合中物流共同化中存在的问题以及解决方法.%Borrowing the theories of the integrated and the joint logistics in enterprise alliance studies, the paper proposes a procedural model for logistics integration in the enterprise M&A process, analyzes the main content, common forms, and major strategies of joint logistics operation in the process, and studies the existing problems and their countermeasures.
