我国民营快递业发展存在的问题及对策思考

论述了我国民营快递业的发展现状,指出在发展的过程中,由于扩张模式和人力资源方面的先天不足,使我国民营快递业产生了无序竞争的市场状况,最后提出我国民营快递业亟需加快行业转型、提高人员素质和服务质量.%In this paper, we introduced the development status of the private express industry of China, pointed out the innate inadequacy of the industry and proposed that the industry should expedite industrial transformation and improve the quality of human resources and services.
